Summer is officially in session at Il Mulino Cocktail Bar, which means a fresh lineup of cocktails crafted for golden hour hangs, late-night laughs, & everything in between.

This season’s menu brings together unexpected ingredients, bold infusions, & crisp, crushable sips that still feel elevated. Whether you're into mezcal with a spicy twist or something light & bubbly with a citrus finish, we’ve got something for every kind of summer mood.

Here’s What’s New on the Menu:

Verde Origins

Pineapple, coconut, lime, & alpine herbal liqueur

Think tropical & herbaceous—a cocktail that transports you straight to a hillside in Italy with just enough beach energy to keep it fun.

Delicately Manipulated

Strawberry jam, rose water, gin, & egg white

Bright, floral, & perfectly soft around the edges. If summer had a signature cocktail dress, this would be it.

Last Summer’s Marg

Mezcal, strawberry, red bell pepper, & Calabrian chili oil

A smoky, sweet-and-spicy take on a margarita that’s back by popular demand. It’s a little wild, and we like it that way.

The Spritz (#2)

Lillet Blanc, tonic, & orange

Our take on a spritz that's crisp, floral, & built for slow sipping in the sun.

The Vibe

Yes, the drinks are the main event—but the velvet chairs, dim corners, & golden hour pouring through the windows are what make it all hit different. Come for the cocktails, stay for the conversations, & make your corner of the bar your own.

When to Come

We’re open Wednesday through Saturday, pouring cocktails with a side of good music + better company.
